Fall Asleep with ZonkLight

Place your laptop or smartphone near your bed so that the light projects onto the ceiling or wall.
Switch the browser to full screen mode. Make sure the screen saver doesn't turn on for at least 15 minutes.
Press the 'Start' button above.
Lie with eyes slightly open, looking at the ceiling. If the light is bright enough, it can be seen with eyes closed. Gently synchronize your breathing with the light.
Optionally turn on ambient sound and experiment with the color of the light.

Choose a Color
